How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours. Personalized jewelry may take 5–7 days before shipping.
Can I add a personalized engraving?
Yes, many of our necklaces and bracelets can be personalized in Arabic calligraphy. Just select the option on the product page.
Will the gold plating fade?
Our pieces are crafted for long-lasting shine. With proper care (avoiding water, perfumes, harsh chemicals), they will keep their brilliance for years.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I track my order?

Can I wear Islamic jewelry in the bathroom or toilet?
For jewelry that carries verses from the Qur’an (such as Ayat al-Kursi) or hadith inscriptions, it is not appropriate to wear them inside a toilet where impurities are present. Out of respect, we advise removing these pieces before entering.
However, wearing them in a clean bathroom (for example, a place used only for washing or self-care, without toilets) is permitted. For jewelry with general Islamic symbols (like the crescent moon) or Arabic calligraphy without Qur’anic text, there are no restrictions.
